Service Completion: Arch Inspections (Photo Inspection)
Inspection reviewed: NON-COMPLIANT
We have determined that the dwelling and related improvements are NON-COMPLIANT with the standards set by the Developer (or Municipality).
Primary Elements of Non-Compliance (in order of prominence):
1/ Only 4 (of required 8) shrubs are visibly planted. Section near the entry is difficult to determine compliance due to areas of overgrown weeds.
We further determine that Compliant status IS ATTAINABLE through reasonable remediation efforts by the Builder - uploading photos showing clearly that deficiencies have been addressed. In this case, the removal of the overgrown, weeded area in the front section as well as the addition of 4 more shrubs in the plantable area. In the interim, we have set the Status of this Inspection as NON-COMPLIANT - Re-submission Required.
