We have determined that the dwelling and related improvements are NON-COMPLIANT with the standards set by the Developer (or Municipality).

Primary Elements of Non-Compliance (in order of prominence):

1/ Bottom trim was not installed at the base of the garage column - as per approved working set. This was requested at preliminary in order to overcome the thin garage columns and as an alternative to a stronger masonry base.

We further determine that Compliant status IS ATTAINABLE through reasonable remediation efforts by the Builder - uploading photos showing clearly that deficiencies have been addressed. In the interim, we have set the Status of this Inspection as NON-COMPLIANT - Re-submission Required.
