Deficiencies outlined in the previous inspection have been reviewed and addressed. As such, the photos show the house has been built in accordance with the approved plans and finishes from the standpoint of the exterior for the developer’s architectural review process.

We have determined that the dwelling and related improvements are NON-COMPLIANT with the standards set by the Developer (or Municipality).
Primary Elements of Non-Compliance (in order of prominence):
1/ White front door installed - not painted to match the colour scheme approved on the final form.
We further determine that Compliant status IS ATTAINABLE through reasonable remediation efforts by the Builder - uploading photos showing clearly that deficiencies have been addressed. In the interim, we have set the Status of this Inspection as NON-COMPLIANT - Re-submission Required.
