Inspection reviewed: NON-COMPLIANT

We have determined that the dwelling and related improvements are NON-COMPLIANT with the standards set by the Developer (or Municipality).

Primary Elements of Non-Compliance (in order of prominence):

1/ 2' decorative concrete border is not permitted if it exceeds the width of the garage. Driveways are not permitted to exceed the width of the garage. (Builder must consult developer for settlement)

2/ Landscaping is non-compliant. Shrub requirement has not been met. Sod exceeds 50 % of landscaped area - which is not permitted.

For point 1, we further determine that Compliant status is not attainable without consultation with the Developer or their agent -- so we have set the Status of this Inspection as NON-COMPLIANT. Settlement can be made in consultation with the Developer. For point 2, we determine that Compliant status IS ATTAINABLE through reasonable remediation efforts by the Builder - uploading photos showing clearly that deficiencies have been addressed
