Hi Joe,
Final drawings and plot plan submitted due not reflect the requested changes mentioned at prelim review.
7.0m front setback was requested due to the overpowering massing of this elevation which has not been followed.
Drawings submitted for final do not have accent material(Sagiper)indicated
False front facade with Vinyl siding not incorporated on the front will not be acceptable.Refer to prelim drgs with changes which were suggested to tone down the over powering massing of elevation.
Final review is getting unnecessarily delayed as changes are not being followed. If you have any concerns with the suggested changes please write back so they can be addressed at the earliest.
File has been dropped to a prelim review .Re-submit for a final approval with all the required changes OR write back with your concerns.
