Hi Premal,
Appreciate your quick response.
In addition to the wing wall, a thicker curb will be required along the walkway to achieve a 2% slope to the property line grade.
A preliminary plot plan with recommended grades has been attached for reference. The approved plot plan, with the related issues highlighted in red, is also attached.
It would be appreciated if an updated plot plan could be submitted for our records. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by not identifying this issue earlier.

Hi Sonali,
Thank you for highlighting the level issues with above mentioned house.
However, based on the discussion with the architect & reviewing the engineering package, the wing wall has been considered for the porch area.
Please review the attached screenshot from the architectural set & the engineering sets.
Let me know if you need the revisions on the plot plan or not. Looking forward for your response.
