Hello,
We noticed an error on the approved color sheet, as the vinyl siding color does not match the manufacturer’s color selection. As a result, we would like to submit a revised color selection.
- The aluminum fascia has been changed to Royal Clay, which is closer to the approved Cobblestone color.
- For the approved trim color Khaki Brown, we will use LP SmartBoard painted to match Khaki Brown.
- The SmartBoard fascia on the front and left gable has been changed to LP SmartBoard painted to match Dulux DLX1008-4 Gray By Me, which closely matches the Royal Clay aluminum color.
