As the height of windows proposed do not look proportionate to the massing of the elevation alternative has been given.
Height of window has been increased by 1'-0" with panels aded below.Do review and let me know if you have any concerns.

Hi Sonali,
Robert is trying to reach you to discuss our most recent application for our new Riverside Showhome. I see that you have taken issue to the reduction of the front elevation windows. There is reason and intention behind this change. The Hardie panels that are next to the windows come in 4’ sheets so have them at 2’-6†is an absolute waste of material. This was an error on our part, the plans should have never shown this. To remedy this, we have reduced the size of the front elevation windows to fit with a 2’ interval. This also makes them match the depth of the 3rd front elevation window.
To account for the smaller windows, we also added Sagiper in 4 locations which adds a great deal of extra detailing. I’ve shown shots of the newer and older plans for your to reference.
