Service Completion: Architectural Approvals (Special Request)
Hello,
Thank you for the query. After careful consideration, we will allow the Saphire Blue on this house for the following reasons:
1) The predominant colour of the house is Ironstone on lot 41 including the garage door. As the garage door on this house is black, the visible areas (at the same time) of these two houses will be quite different.
2) The elevations are significantly different (as pointed out by builder)
3) The orientation of the house on lot 41 will limit how much blue is visible
Please note - in no way can this relaxation be construed as precedent setting. The colours approved in RS 20 (sent for reference) did not factor into the decision to allow this colour repetition.
The revised/updated colour PDF is attached for your records.

Hello Melinda,
I have contacted the sales person and received this comment:
Is there any wiggle room on the Sapphire Blue? The trim stone and Sagiper make the house very different not to mention 2 storey vs. bungalow, as well as the Sapphire blue on Lot 41 is a only a secondary colour.
They went on further to give a couple examples of similar colours in close proximity in Stage 20:
In Stage 20 we have:
BLOCK 3
LOT:20 Sapphire Blue
LOT: 23 Sapphire Blue
LOT: 45 Ironstone
LOT 47 Gunmetal
LOT: 51 Midnight Surf
LOT: 53 Sapphire Blue
Given these points, would you be able to reconsider the Sapphire Blue? This would really help keep this client happy!
