We confirm receipt of materials inserted StreetscapePLUS for photo inspection of the home on Riverside 1A-1B, Block 1, Lot 73
The materials included
- Inspection Form
- Photos
- 2 separate sheets for the Grading Certificate
o The Lot grading Inspection Report from the municipality, accepting the
o Lot Grading Certificate from your engineer
The photos show the house has been built in accordance with the approved plans and finishes from the standpoint of the exterior for Genstar’s architectural review process.
We are hereby advising Genstar of our recommendation for approval of the architectural portion of the Final Inspection.
