It appears that your current selection of wood-grain siding materials is quite limited. Please consider including additional manufacturers and/or materials to broaden your options, as many of your elevations rely heavily on this material as a key design element. Metal siding products such as Lux panels or Allura Woodtone (Rustic Series) are examples of acceptable alternatives that are being used by other builders in the area.
For this specific lot, you may either select Empire Grey and revise the entire colour scheme as necessary, or we may consider a one-time exception to allow West Coast Grey on this lot despite the conflict with Lot 6. A balanced mix of yellow and grey wood-grain tones along the block is preferred, rather than having three similar, highly distinctive orange-yellow wood-grain applications on three lots in the row.
Please review the above, revise accordingly, and re-submit. Acceptable colour options for this lot are attached.

Happy Monday!
I see the requested James Hardie Tru-Grain Fisher product was revised on your end from Cedartone to Smokey Ash, please note that this product is special order and not available as a standard product we can access. This holds true for Oak, Cherry and Gold Rush. The customer is very opposed to the Empire Grey (the only other stocked/available option). The Empire Gray also looks too similar to Aged Pewter James Hardie on the neighboring lot, therefore it was avoided to ensure the two house were very distinctly different. If you are 100% against the cedartone and we are required to go with Empire Grey, the customer may request a new soffit/fascia colour etc. There could be a whole new exterior colour sheet.
