FINAL APPROVAL IS CONDITIONALLY APPROVED
Working Drawings:
Submitted drawings have inconsistencies .
-Width of trims are inconsistent
-Masonry not wrapped on sides, as required
-Roof (highlighted)curved overhang
-Materials not rendered correctly to identify termination points.
Inconsistencies in drafting can only increase the chance of poor construction or mistakes on site. We need construction teams to be building with reliable and professional plans.
Builder is fully responsible to meet the required high level standard for homes in Knightsbridge.

Final Colour Scheme:
Complete colour scheme has been selected and approved by the AC Consultant, as requested information was not provided by the builder.

ubject: Lot 57 - Blueprint Issues
Description:
Hi Harpreet,
To reiterate our conversation, I spoke to E2 and they identified the issues with your blueprints. These have to be corrected and materials/colours have to be provided in order for our team to approve your plans. Plans must be approved before the grade slip is released, and building permit can be applied for. It is E2's job to ensure that blueprints are free of errors and inconsistencies, as the plans will be used for construction. Furthermore, you still have to submit drawings to Rocky View County, and the County would reject incomplete plans as well, so it is better that you correct them at this stage before applying for the building permit.
Requirements:
1) Draftsperson must show a complete roof with consistent overhangs throughout. This is just one example of an area where they are missing, your draftsperson must review and correct all overhangs:

2) I have attached the colour/material selection sheet. This must be completed in full and submitted via Streetscape for review. Without this, drawings cannot be approved.
3) The plot plan needs to be revised to indicate high points on both sides of property lines, grades need to be revised accordingly.
Trust that our team is working diligently to ensure plans are complete and free of errors, to prevent future issues for homeowners and builders. I have cc'd E2 and your draftsperson on this email so everyone is on the same page. I encourage your draftsperson to immediately reach out to E2 should they require further clarity.
