Inspection reviewed: COMPLIANT (Re-inspection)

We confirm receipt of materials inserted into Streetscape for photo inspection of the home in Charlesworth 31B
Block 1, Lot 112

The materials included:

1/ Inspection Form
2/ Lot Grading Inspection Report from the municipality, accepting the:
3/ Lot Grading Certificate from your engineer

The photos show the deficiencies outlined in the previous inspection have been reviewed and addressed. As such, the house has been built in accordance with the approved plans and finishes from the standpoint of the exterior for the developer’s architectural review process.

We are hereby advising Cantiro of our recommendation for approval of the architectural portion of the final inspection.

Inspection reviewed: NON-COMPLIANT Re-submission Required

We have determined that the dwelling and related improvements are NON-COMPLIANT with the standards set by the Developer (or Municipality).

Primary Elements of Non-Compliance (in order of prominence):

1/ Deck - which is exposed by a wood screen fence - is unpainted. Aluminum railing was indicated on the approved final form and a condition was made for wood on the condition that it was to be painted.

We further determine that Compliant status IS ATTAINABLE through reasonable remediation efforts by the Builder - uploading photos showing clearly that deficiencies have been addressed. In the interim, we have set the Status of this Inspection as NON-COMPLIANT - Re-submission Required.
