See attached Form for approved change from Sagiper to Allura Woodtone. If different colour desired, builder to re-submit for additional review and re-approval.
Switch of accent material on rear elevation from Panels to vinyl siding (vertical or Board & Batten) is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Materials on rear elevation required to reflect materials used on front elevation. If change of material desired on all exposed elevations, builder required to re-submit revised drawings reflecting change in materials for review and approval.
Please note that change in front setback required as per note in final approval (see attached).
