Hello Pat,

We had a meeting with Singhbuilders about these two houses and are okay with giving them a variance for the expanded driveway due to it being a 3 car garage. Can you proceed with giving them their landscaping approval? Assuming there is nothing else holding this back?

Inspection reviewed: NON-COMPLIANT

We have determined that the dwelling and related improvements are NON-COMPLIANT with the standards set by the Developer (or Municipality).

Primary Elements of Non-Compliance (in order of prominence):
1/ Driveway poured is non-compliant, in that it exceeds the width of the garage and does not create the space needed to meet the landscaping requirements.
2/ Front tree not planted in the front (due to the driveway pour)

We further determine that Compliant status is not attainable without consultation with the Developer or their agent -- so we have set the Status of this Inspection as NON-COMPLIANT. Settlement can be made in consultation with the Developer.
