1. grading complete – check with city for compliance
2. septic okay
3. 1 additional riser at front
4. front door and man door not painted
5. garage door approved as linen – no two toned doors allowed
6. upper floor not boxed down to align with top of garage roof – looks very odd to have soffit showing
7. trim around windows/doors does not match approved plans
8. trim missing around first two windows as seen from the front street (upper and garage) on left hand side AND the first window on right hand side
9. rear deck railing approved as pickets – glass panel installed
10. additional concrete in sideyard on left hand side not approved
11. developer fence not completed at time of inspection
