1) Rock columns on front porch not built as approved. Both appear undersized but the left most of all._x000D_
2) Height between top of garage door and underside of soffit much higher than approved._x000D_
3) Missing support blocks below the front cantilever._x000D_
4) Windows in garage door sitting partially behind the weather stripping...very odd!_x000D_
5) Grades appear to be adjusted from approved on LH side; Approval had retaining on the LH side of the driveway which is not there. Builder to provide as-built grade certificate for review._x000D_
6) Parging not to grade on LH side of house.
