We have completed the inspection and determined that documents and photos uploaded are insufficient to grant compliance. Specifically:
1/ Photos submitted do not reflect the submission in SS. Appears to be either the wrong lot submitted on, or the wrong photos submitted
2/ Missing - Approved Lot Grade Certificate Report from Municipality
3/ Missing - Plan of Certification of As-Built Grades - Approved by Municipality (known as lot grade certificate)
Inspection will be deemed UNDETERMINED, until the necessary photos and documents have been uploaded. In order to obtain COMPLIANT status, a full re-submission will be required.
