Inspection reviewed: NON-COMPLIANT We have determined that the dwelling and related improvements are NON-COMPLIANT with the standards set by the Developer (or Municipality). Primary Elements of Non-Compliance (in order of prominence): 1/ Gable on the upper
floor was not constructed - rear elevation does not match the approved working set and is inconsistent with the requirement (for high exposure) of the AC guidelines. We further determine that Compliant status is not attainable without consultation with the
Developer or their agent -- so we have set the Status of this Inspection as NON-COMPLIANT. Settlement can be made in consultation with the Developer.
