Primary Elements of Non-Compliance (in order of prominence):

1/ Roof form on the exposed rear does not match the front (no gable). Roof form on the rear is not consistent with the approved final drawings

We further determine that Compliant status is not attainable without consultation with the Developer or their agent -- so we have set the Status of this Inspection as NON-COMPLIANT. Settlement can be made in consultation with the Developer.
