For example, if you were uploading an Adobe Reader document containing working drawings for a lot in community named Sparrow Rise in phase 4 on block 2, lot 34 you would rename the file:

SR4 B2 L34 Working Drawings Apr 18 2026.pdf

Another example; a JPG image containing a Preliminary Approval request form for a lot in a community named Delphinus in phase 2 on block 7, lot 42:
