We confirm receipt of additional materials inserted on StreetscapePLUS for photo inspection of the home on Riverside 1A- 1B Block 1, Lot 66.
The materials now include
- Inspection application form
- The letter from the municipality approving as built grades and the as built grades (two sheets)
- Photo of the home
The house appears to have been built in accordance with the approved plans, finishes and colours, from what we can see.
We are hereby advising Genstar of our recommendation for approval of the architectural portion of the Final Inspection.
