Hi Ravinder,
Following our previous meeting, we had communicated standards that were to be implemented for homes in this specific area in Riverstead.
Specifically, we had requested:
1) Elevated design consultants - the use of a more formal, elevated design service (architect or otherwise) appropriate for this level of development 2) The use a conceptual review design process that was designed to be able to identify compatibility and alignment early on, before a large portion of the work was completed.
It is apparent that the requested process was not utilized. The submitted drawings do not reflect the level of exterior design investment expected for a community of this caliber - they are more consistent with the standard design service offering we see in the non-estate phases (same drafting and design service).
Please revise accordingly and resubmit with an approach that aligns with the standards outlined in our review. We have no issues with the floor plan, the exterior design needs to be handed off or improved substantially.
