If you can revise the garage door colour to a darker colour - to match 0550 Gargoyle - this would be a reasonable compromise.
Going forward, I will continue to work with Genstar to ensure that the standards are consistent across all builders and areas, and this might entail some more active coordination prior to submitting. This is not to say the product does not look good, but we have been raising concerns about how the product will present when heavily concentrated in a specific area. I hope that we can work collaboratively to ensure that we are all successful in achieving our objectives.

Hi Patrick, thanks for your reply.
We have been under immense pressure with the price of our duplex's. Going to dark siding will just add thousands of more dollars to the price point and make them a tougher sell. Our colours look exceptional with the standard color siding and I don't think it impacts any of the homes across the street. Most of our elevations look better than these single family homes.I am adding stone corners to all of the duplex's that back onto the historical site but have a major issue with going to the darker siding.
