Service Completion: Architectural Approvals (Final Architectural Approval (w/o Prelim))
After on site reviews and positive feedback, overhangs on the front facing eaves that are stylistically appropriate, will be pushed for on zero lot line product. For prairie elevations in particular this is a highly impactful change. We will be working to introduce this requirement in future phases, but for the moment we simply highly encourage them to be used.
The noted design changes are NOT required changes, but are a heavily suggested.
- 2'-0" front facing overhangs
- Reduction of roof pitch from 12:6 to 12:5 to offset some of the material cost
If the builder wishes for non-redlined drawings, please resubmit as special request and I'll prioritize the approval.
