NON-COMPLIANT Re-submission Required.
Primary Elements of Non-Compliance (in order of prominence):
1/ Front door not painted.
We further determine that Compliant status IS ATTAINABLE through reasonable remediation efforts by the Builder - uploading photos showing clearly that deficiencies have been addressed. In this case, PHOTOS of the door painted to match the final form. In the interim, we have set the Status of this Inspection as NON-COMPLIANT - Re-submission Required.
PLEASE NOTE: We have identified a discrepancy in the colour of the windows. This detail is negligible to the overall design.
