Service Completion: Arch Inspections (Photo Inspection)
We have determined that the dwelling and related improvements are NON-COMPLIANT with the standards set by the Developer (or Municipality).
Primary Elements of Non-Compliance (in order of prominence):
1/ Garage man door - exposed to the street - has not been painted to match the main siding of the house - and is instead painted White - which does not match a colour on the house. Note had been added to achieve this on the approved working set.
We further determine that Compliant status IS ATTAINABLE through reasonable remediation efforts by the Builder - uploading photos showing clearly that deficiencies have been addressed. In the interim, we have set the Status of this Inspection as NON-COMPLIANT - Re-submission Required.
