The photos show the deficiencies outlined in the previous inspection have been reviewed and addressed. As such, the house and site have been built in accordance with the approved plans and finishes from the standpoint of the exterior for the developer’s architectural review process.

We have completed the inspection and determined that the contents of the PHOTOS uploaded are insufficient to grant compliance. Specifically:
1/ Shrubs and trees are either dead or dormant - unable to determine whether the landscaping is in compliance
Inspection will be deemed UNDETERMINED, until PHOTOS have been provided that demonstrate well-developed and seasonally mature landscaping components.. In order to obtain COMPLIANT status, a full
re-submission will be required.
